Breakfast:The Ultimate Breakfast Smoothie

Recipe-

  • 1 banana
  • Handful of spinach
  • 2 handfulls of frozen summer berries
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 3tbs oats
  • 1tbs chia seeds
Blend it all together and enjoy. This was super sweet and super yummy and filling. The added spinach helps give you all the energy you need to start your day off right.



Lunch: Ciabatta, salad and salsa

Recipe-


  • 1 Waitrose Ciabatta roll 
  • lettuce
  • tomato
  • cucumber
  • olives
  • salsa
Todays lunch was very similar to yesterdays but with the addition of some olives and salsa.



Dinner: Quinoa, Avocado, brocoli and salsa

Recipe-


  • 50g quinoa
  • 1 lime
  • avocado
  • broccoli
  • 2 tomatoes 
  • olive oil
  • basil
  • salt and pepper
  1. Cook the quinoa and broccoli 
  2. Chop the tomatoes and toss them in olive oil and basil
  3. slice the avocado
  4. squeeze lime over it all and enjoy
This was my first attempt and quinoa and I was not overly fussed so mainly just ate the broccoli, avocado and salsa! I want to like quinoa so will definitely try it again but maybe adding more flavours.
