Breakfast:The Ultimate Breakfast Smoothie
Recipe-
- 1 banana
- Handful of spinach
- 2 handfulls of frozen summer berries
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 3tbs oats
- 1tbs chia seeds
Lunch: Ciabatta, salad and salsa
Recipe-
- 1 Waitrose Ciabatta roll
- lettuce
- tomato
- cucumber
- olives
- salsa
Dinner: Quinoa, Avocado, brocoli and salsa
Recipe-
- 50g quinoa
- 1 lime
- avocado
- broccoli
- 2 tomatoes
- olive oil
- basil
- salt and pepper
- Cook the quinoa and broccoli
- Chop the tomatoes and toss them in olive oil and basil
- slice the avocado
- squeeze lime over it all and enjoy
